1. When can I expect delivery of my purchase?
Normally, it will take us around 15 to 20 days to tailor your costume. Shipping time will differ according to the shipping method you choose. However, the product will take about 25 days to be delivered. Or, if you are urgent, we can also make the costume within a required time for you. But you need to pay extra fee.

2. Can I change my order information after sending the confirmation E-mail?
Unfortunately, all orders cannot be changed after we receive your confirmation by email or by phone. Therefore please check your order carefully.

3. Can I order this dress in a different style/fabric/length?
Each costume is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photos, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the style, length or material in any way.

4. Can I cancel my order and change a product after payment?
All orders cannot be cancelled 24 hours after your confirmation, as we have already arranged the production after receiving your confirmation. We cannot change the costume and refund under any conditions. Therefore please check detailed info like dress item, color, size and other special requirements before you proceed to confirm.

5. How can I make sure I’m ordering the right size?
When ordering a costume for your special occasion online, you’re right to pay close attention to getting the size right! Since we’re an international company, our clothing may run larger or smaller than the standard sizes you’re used to. Checking the actual measurements in our size chart and comparing them to your own measurements before placing your order is the best way to avoid size errors.
If you’re ordering a custom-sized costume, it’s especially important to get your measurements exactly right. Getting professionally measured is the most reliable way to ensure the final product reaches you perfectly tailored. Be sure to check out our measuring guide.
If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the costume slightly, we always leave a few inches in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. If you have any other questions about ordering the right size, don’t hesitate to contact us.

6. Can you make a dress if I send you a picture?
Yes, we can! Please email us the picture of the outfit that you want made with as much detail as possible. Our expert tailors will review it carefully and reply to you as soon as possible with a reasonable quote including the shipping cost.

7. When can I expect to receive my costume after ordering it online?
We will send you an order confirmation email after receiving your payment and order for you to re-confirm all your order details, including order style, color, size, and shipping details. When we receive your confirmation details, we will start to make your dress, which will take about 15-20 business days (please pay attention, 15-20 business days exclude normal weekends and holidays). When we ship your order, we will send you tracking number for you to track your order in person.
All dresses are shipped by air express company, e.g. EMS, TNT, DHL, UPS or FedEx, we will send you an email when we ship your order so that you can track your purchase.

8. Can I get a discount when I order in bulk?
Yes, definitely you can! Purchase in bulk is always welcome!Please contact us with more details such as styles and quantities so that we can offer you the best price to build our long term business relationships!

9. Which currencies do you accept?
We accept Euro, GBP, USD, AUD. You can use the currency changer to view the prices in your preferred currency. Your total costs will be calculated in your preferred currency. However, exchange rates are checked and adjusted multiple times during a 24-hour period. So if you leave your Shopping Bag and complete your transaction later, the total amount may change according to the exchange rate at the time.

10.What payment options do you accept?
